Adventure Guides – 2026 Season
Salary Range: £26,500 to £32,000 (dependent on qualifications and experience)
Closing Date: 17th October 2025
Location: St Davids, Pembrokeshire, SA62 6SD
Recruitment Weekend: 25th – 26th October 2025
About the role:
Qualifications and Prerequisites:
● Full-time fixed-term contract between March 2026 to September 2026
● 40 hours per week (annualised hours)
● Competitive salary based on experience and qualifications
● 4-week induction training (paid)

● Work in a vibrant and supportive team environment
● Uniform provided
Essential
✔ Full UK Driving Licence
✔ Delivering water and land activities to individuals and groups of different ages and abilities
✔ 16hr First Aid
✔ Hold a portfolio of NGB awards, in two or more of the following:
– RCI
– Paddlesport Touring Leader or Sea Kayak Leader
– ASI Level 1 or equivalent surf qualification
– A paddleboarding qualification (Ideally BC Coastal SUP Leader or Tidal SUP Leader)
– NCC Coasteering Guide Award
Desirable
▪ Higher-level NGBs
▪ D1 (Minibus) and E (Trailer) classifications
▪ NVBLQ Beach Lifeguard
▪ Mountain Leader (summer)
