As Wayne Russell makes his way round Wales, he tells us about his incredible and inspiring journey, running unsupported around the British mainland coast to raise money for Superhero Foundation. Having started from London, the run will take him clockwise around Britain for over 5000 miles, keeping as close to the coast as possible.
