1. This Agreement
By subscribing to TYF community membership you are agreeing that you have read and understood these T&Cs and to the best of your ability, have provided us with accurate information. The TYF membership is an annual membership that runs from February 1st to January 31st. Membership is personal to the member and a second named person, it is non-assignable, non-transferable, and non- refundable.
2. Signing up
When signing up your contact details are stored in compliance with the Privacy and Electronic Communications (EC Directive) (Amendment) Regulations 2011.
3. Payment
Full payment must be made at the time of the signing up to secure the membership benefits. Following the first payment, the next payments will be annual on January 31st. Annual membership is renewed for one year by payment of the membership fee in full in advance.
4. Confirmation
We will send you a confirmation email with details; please remember to read the attachments and let us know if you have any questions.
5. Cancellation / Amendments
By You
We understand that sometimes things change, and you may want to change your mind. TYF will refund your membership subject to the table below if necessary. Please be aware that we don’t refund previous years memberships.

There may be times when we need to make necessary changes to existing memberships due to business reasons (rare). In these cases, we will do what we can to let you know of changes prior to the start of your next membership term.
