Storage and pricing 

There are two pick up containers for the tyres and inner tubes.

- The metal cage is fro the Tyres

- The Velorim branded cardboard box is for the inner tubes. 

Both must be rolled up for efficiency of space saving. We are charged a flat rate for a pick up so containers should only be picked up when at suggested capacity or more if we are extremely efficient with packing. The valves of the inner tubes must be removed before being put in the box.

Arranging pick up of the full containers

For the tyre cage, please be aware that there needs to be a clear step-free route to the kerbside for collection.I assume gravel free also as I think they will be using a pallet truck. This needs to be considered before beginning to fill the cage.  

Once full, simply email support@velorim.co.uk to arrange a collection. Please note that all three containers will be collected by different carriers so don’t give more than one type to a driver when they come to you. A replacement container will be given during pick up. We have a direct debit set up so we should be automatically charged for the service.
