Our recruitment weekends have been honed over three decades and they are an integral part of our selection process. This mini programme will provide participants with the opportunity to test their mettle in wild seas, demonstrate their soft skills and ask questions from a bunch of our current team members.

Each participant will demonstrate their 10 minute pre-prepared problem solving task to the rest of their group.

Present your assigned topic to the rest of the group and then take part in a sales pitch task.
