TYF operate a 'flatish' organisational structure where it's employees have more responsibilities and are involved in important conversations and decisions. We like to be transparent so if you have a question be it about the company finances, future plans or about a recent business decision then ask away.

The General Manager reports directly to the Board of Directors but any member of staff may be involved at a Directors Meeting. The TYF Board of Directors is made up of Andy Middleton, Sarah Middleton and Jeff Loo (Non Executive Director).
