We deliver corporate consultancy and facilitation, working with amazing brands and people doing great things. This can take the form of a half-day workshop right up to an immersive week-long programme. We can come to you or we can host you on the wild Pembrokeshire coastline for an experience you'll never forget. Reimagine Development Programmes
Our Refresh, Reconnect and Regenerate programmes combine our experiences into three distinct offerings which are outlined below to give you a better understanding of what you can expect. Let's dive in.
Refresh
An opportunity for teams to take stock, listen to each other and the beautiful world around us. We'll weave a grounding of nature connection into the basics of understanding our place in the world with an introduction and overview of the challenges ahead.

Reconnect
This isn't about switching off, but switching in, enabling ourselves to connect with what's important, rediscover your why, and move forwards seeing with new eyes. We'll explore what real connection looks like with our head, heart and hands aligned.

Regenerate
We'll transform our thinking from doing less harm to enabling life to flourish, whilst building unstoppable resilience to step up and step out to the challenges ahead. Transformational climate action is no longer an optional add-on, but core to the why.

Partner with us
Multiple workshops and keynotes plus a residential tip at TYF Adventure in Pembrokeshire. Establish a real partnership working together and supporting one another in order for real change to be made and fast. These will be bespoke to you and vary depending on the amount of visits each way. We suggest 5x workshops plus 1x 2 night residential in Pembrokeshire per year.
Online & in person workshops
Our interactive workshops are aimed at giving students the knowledge to support their journey in preparing for the challenges that are coming their way, including the climate and nature emergency. We also offer our certified carbon literacy training for student that want to understand the importance of climate change, and what they can do to mobilise action to put this vision into reality.
Bespoke residential trips
We will always link our adventure activities with impact problem solving to ensure pupils find meaning and inspiration. This helps create a climate for learning enthusiastically and with confidence. We carefully design bespoke programmes, and have a wide range of ready-to-go courses that can be tailored to fit your school’s needs. Our aim is to stimulate, educate and inspire pupils.

Adventure activities

Workshops

Keynotes
