We’re on a mission to create and deliver services that help schools, councils and youth organisations deliver their programmes as effectively as possible, making the maximum difference to young people and communities.
TYF has been in business over 25 years and are one of the most experienced UK school trip providers. We’ve learned a few useful things along the way. Each year we work with over 12,000 people in environments ranging from the wild Pembrokeshire coast to the Welsh Assembly, the Chinese Government and some of the top boardrooms in the country. Many of the lessons seem the same:
- Be the change that you want to see in the world – we all have the responsibility to play our part
- It’s not possible to solve a problem with the same thinking that created it – we need to do things differently
- The simplest answers are often the best – keep a clear vision of what you are trying to achieve

We provide the very best outdoor and adventurous activities anywhere in Britain and want to make sure that young people have every opportunity to get out into the countryside, play in the very best adventure playground and find out new things about themselves and the natural environment around them. We provide residential and day courses at a variety of venues as well as arranging special requests closer to home. Our schools courses for children allow them to experience real adventure in the safe hands of professional guides and instructors, while we take their inquisitiveness, energy, sense of fun and get-on-with-it attitude to show adults what it’s all about!
