Accommodation & Venues

Climbing cliffs, jumping off them and playing about in the surf is all well and good – but it is nice to feel that you have somewhere to come back to, where you can relax, refuel and relive some of the memories that you have made. Our school and youth programmes use venues that do just that. We have a wide choice of venues so that you can pick accommodation to both meet your budget and hold a theme for your week. Our favourite options are here, but if you already have somewhere in mind then tell us and we’ll fit our adventures to your location.

Penylon Lodge, Newgale

Set within spacious private grounds, it can cater for up to 38, in comfortable, en-suite accommodation. It enjoys dining facilities, drying room and a recreational room to hang out after activities. It comes with the added bonus of mountain biking and a high ropes course, which can be added to your activity package. We also have camping available within the grounds for larger groups, or as an added angle to your stay. Your stay here is fully catered.

The Courthouse, St Davids
This is a popular choice for those wishing to take advantage of “city living”, within the smallest City in the UK, of course. You can sleep up to 26, in bunk style accommodation, in this period building in the centre of St Davids. It is within easy reach of the Cathedral, local facilities and coastal path. For slightly larger groups, or for accompanying parents, we can make use of an adjacent hotel. Your stay here is self catered

Pwll Caerog Farm
This is comfortable bunkhouse accommodation within barns on a 250 acre working farm. Situated, on the coastal path just a few miles from the centre of St Davids is an ideal base for any group, and enjoys unparalleled views out to sea. Your stay here is self or fully catered, and is ideal for the larger groups.
Caerhafod Farm
Caerhafod is a purpose built facility for groups which sleeps 23 in hostel style accommodation. All rooms are en-suite. There is a well equipped kitchen for groups to self cater. It's a couple of miles outside St Davids so own transport is advisable, cycle hire can be arranged, and the Strumble Shuttle bus runs past a couple of times a day.

TYF Adventure camping
Under canvas living and the base camp for your entire programme. Set high on the cliffs, or in the secluded fields of the Pembrokeshire national park, and well situated to walk to activities, and just a few miles from St Davids. Your stay can be either fully catered or self catered.

You are of course free to arrange your own accommodation for the duration of your stay.
