Here's a short overview of what happens during a No Limits weekend

After the first night of settling into your accommodation and after a relaxed breakfast, you will be welcomed by your Guides and will be taken on your first adventure and exploration of the coastline. From there on in you will be kept busy and worked hard. It is our intention to send you home refreshingly tired but with a bag full of memories and stories to tell.
During the two days you will be given every opportunity to enjoy rock climbing, kayaking, Coasteering®, and surfing. With help from an experienced and friendly Adventure Guide, you can push your limits or simply enjoy the feeling of moving through terrific landscapes.
